How long will it take for me to receive my product, the PDF?

Your PDF worksheet will be available for instant download immediately after your purchase is complete, with the exception of the personalized ones. You'll receive an email with the download link, and you can also access your files from your account dashboard. Since all our products are digital downloads, there's no waiting for shipping - you can start printing and using your worksheets right away! 

For the personalized ones, it will take up to 1 to 3 business days. It will be delivered via email. 

 

What age group are these Chinese practice worksheets designed for?

I don't see a certain character I like the worksheets for? Can I ask to create a custom worksheet?
